Using www.brewforia.bg you adopt the following Terms and Conditions which may be updated and changed by us without any notice.

Using www.brewforia.bg you declare and guarantee that you are at least 18 years old.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to use this site.

These "Terms and Conditions" regulate the order, manner and terms of sale in the online store www.brewforia.bg, owned by "BREWFORIA" LTD. These "Terms and Conditions" are a contract of sale between www.brewforia.bg and the Client.

www.brewforia.bg enables clients to purchase products offered in the online store goods by placing an order and payment of the purchase price, the Customer is obliged to respect and comply with these Terms and Conditions. The client can make valid purchase orders offered in the online store www.brewforia.bg goods and services only after express consent to these Terms and Conditions, which is considered to be bound by the provisions of the "General Conditions" and undertakes to respect them.

When changes to these Terms client may state that rejects the changes by sending a statement rejecting the changes to the email address martin@brewforia.bg. By obtaining the express statement of rejection is considered that the contract of sale is terminated. Changes in the Terms and Conditions shall not affect the relations between the Client and www.brewforia.bg, arising in connection with validly submitted before the change request to purchase goods.

www.brewforia.bg is a website for online sale of goods and services from "BREWFORIA" Ltd. (briefly called brewforia.bg).

"Goods and services provided by" BREWFORIA "LTD means:

- Craft Beer;

- Tickets for events and tastings.

Each of these items is described with its main features and price. Brewforia.bg is not liable in the event that specified by the manufacturer or distributor information about the characteristics of the product is incorrect or inaccurate.

"Client" means any natural or legal person stated in the order registered client profile www.brewforia.bg and agrees with these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order the customer - an individual declares and affirms that he is eighteen (18) years old. Brewforia.bg reserves the right to refuse an order for suspected not completed 18 years of age from the Customer.

To buy a product or use a service offered by this website, you must register and / or provide information requested of us. With the introduction of any information on this website you declare and guarantee that (1) you are at least 18 years of age; (2) use your real identity; (3) You have provided only true, accurate, current and complete information; and (4) you will maintain and promptly update the information you provide to keep it as true, accurate, current and complete.

2. Purchase Orders

Upon registration the Customer shall provide the following information: for individuals - name, last name, phone number, address, e-mail and their wine preferences; for legal entities - trading company MOL, VAT number, telephone, address, e-mail and their wine preferences. With the introduction of any information on this website, you declare and guarantee that (1) you are at least 18 years of age; (2) use your real identity; (3) You have provided only true, accurate, current and complete information; (4) You will maintain and promptly update the information you provide to keep it as true, accurate, current and complete; (5) agree with the "Terms and Conditions" of www.brewforia.bg by ticking the box "I agree with the Terms and Conditions of sale of online stores Brewforia.bg.

Brewforia.bg immediately confirms receipt of the statement of consent to these terms and conditions by sending a message to the e-mail client.

Process purchase order

In order to purchase client performs the following sequential steps:

Selects the desired products which added to their cart by clicking the button "Order" against the relevant commodity. When the customer decides to move to the ordering of selected products, he goes into his "cart" (located at the top right of the website).

In his "Cart" The client determines the type and quantity of goods and confirms the order (by pressing a virtual button "Continue");

To continue customer registers (if a new user) or enters into your account (if an existing user) and enters information about name, surname, telephone number and shipping address, and presses "Continue" button;

The contract for the purchase of goods in www.brewforia.bg is considered done after pressing the "Confirm" button.

When referred incomplete, incorrect or wrong address and / or telephone number when placing the order / request, the same shall be considered void and Brewforia.bg doesn’t have an obligation to implement it.

Getting the order

The purchase order is accepted by Brewforia.bg by sending a message to the e-mail address of the Customer as follows: name, address, e-mail address and contact details of Brewforia.bg, and text (hyperlink the text) of these terms, information about the main characteristics of the goods applied its selling price, cost of transportation costs not included in the purchase price and associated with its delivery of customer payment method, provided data for invoice and delivery address.

The application takes effect between the parties after checking the availability of the stated purchase goods and then confirm the validity of that Customer contact phone or by sending a message to the e-mail address of the Customer.

3. Delivery

Stated for purchase goods are delivered to the customer delivery address in Bulgaria by our partner courier "Rapido" or at concrete office of customer network of "Rapido" and / or "Speedy". All orders are delivered by "Rapido" and its sub-contractors or directly from Brewforia.bg. In all deliveries will require identification to verify that the purchaser / recipient is at least 18 years old.

The customer can choose ordinary delivery from 24 hours to 48 hours for the territory of Sofia or ordinary delivery valid for the territory of Bulgaria/without Sofia/.

3.1. Ordinary delivery from 24 hours to 48 hours in Sofia:

For orders under 100BGN in one shipment - the cost of delivery is 5 leva **

For orders above 100BGN in one shipment - delivery is free **

Orders are shipped within the following deadlines:

No later than two (2) working days - for the territory of the city. Sofia and the country.

3.2. Ordinary delivery from 24 hours to 48 hours for the territory of Bulgaria.

The delivery of beer from www.brewforia.bg for the territory of Bulgaria is calculated according to the price of delivery of logistic partner ‘Rapido’. The price will be visible when purchasing on the website.

Orders are shipped within the following deadlines:

No later than two (2) working days - for the territory of the city. Sofia and the country.

All shipping costs are paid extra at the time of ordering if you pay by bank transfer/bank card or at the time of delivery if you choose cash on delivery.

4. Prices and payment

All prices of goods at brewforia.bg online shop are in Bulgarian leva (BGN) or Euro (EUR) depending on the setting selected by the dropdown menu in the header of the site. All prices include VAT.

The offered price of the items do not include delivery costs. The amount of the order and delivery costs are calculated dynamically according to the selected items and the address for delivery and are payable at the time of ordering and payable together with the amount due for the purchased products.

The amount due for ordered products and delivery costs can be paid at any of the following ways:

4.1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Upon receipt of the goods pay the amount due to the courier.

4.2. Payment by bank transfer: The payment of the amount due shall be made by bank transfer in the direction of Brewforia.bg bank account; upon receipt of goods not liable to pay to the courier.

* Any international payment made by direct bank transfer to the account of "Brewforia" Ltd have a bank fee for international transfer worth 30 BGN or the equivalent in euro at the rate of the day (1 euro = 1.9558lv).

4.3. Payment in ePay.bg (supports cards Boryka, Euroline, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Electron, Visa Classic): When you choose this method you will be redirected to the ePay.bg, to finalize the transaction; after receipt of payment in our system begins processing your order; upon receipt of goods you are not liable to pay to the courier. In the system of ePay.bg, can pay goods up to 2,000 leva.

 

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Client who is a consumer within the meaning of the Law on Consumer Protection (LCP) manifests assent under Article 53, paragraph 1 of the CPA for making advance payment of goods.

4.4. Return policy on goods, compensation for cardholders and denial of made orders

(1) The user has the right, without compensation or penalty and without giving any reason, to abandon the contract within seven days from the date of receipt of goods.

(2) The right of refusal under par. 1 shall not apply in the following cases:

- Supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial markets that provider is not able to control;

- Delivery of goods which by their nature can not be returned or perishable, or are in danger of deterioration in the quality characteristics (food and beverages);

- For each ordered by the consumer goods that had been unpacked and / or open and this has affected the quantity and quality characteristics;

(3) If the user exercises his right of withdrawal under par. 1 of this provision, the Contractor is obliged to refund the full amount paid from the consumer no later than 30 calendar days from the date on which the consumer has exercised his right of withdrawal from the contract. The amount that User paid under the contract shall be deducted the cost of returning the goods unless the Customer has not returned the goods for its own expense and informed the Supplier about it.

(4) The user undertakes to store received products by the Supplier, their quality and safety during the period under par. 1.

(5) The user can exercise his right of withdrawal with the Provider by sending a written statement to the Provider of the address given above or email: martin@brewforia.bg.

(6) If necessary, a return of paid amounts by card contracted and carried out by our services, this will be done by us through a credit transaction card by which that payment has been made. 

5. Product Description

"BREWFORIA" Ltd. attempts to be accurate description of our products. However, "BREWFORIA" Ltd. does not guarantee that the description of the products or any other content on the Website is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole right to return it in unused condition. Prices and availability of PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON OUR WEB SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. The announcement, description or reference to a product or service on this Website doesn’t mean that product or service is currently available. All orders for products or services are subject to existing legislation, including as appropriateness, export and import regulations and regulatory constraints, if they exist, imposed by governing bodies having jurisdiction over such contracts, products or services.

Each product offered to www.brewforia.bg of BREWFORIA Ltd. is characterized by

* Unique number (product number), which corresponds to only one product,

* Name (as written on the label of the product)

* Price in Bulgarian lev/euro (unit price and price per box when the product is part of a purchase of 6 or more products).

6. Customer rights

A customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the Law on Consumer Protection shall be entitled, without compensation or penalty and without giving any reason, to abandon the contract for the purchase of goods at www.brewforia.bg, as returns the goods (in its commercial form in which he received) within seven (7) business days from the date of receipt. If the customer abandon the contract within the preceding sentence, he should send a statement for refusing the contract to Brewforia.bg and return the goods intact. The statement of withdrawal must be sent to: Sofia 10 Car Asen str., 2^nd floor, ap.4 or e-mail address martin@brewforia.bg customer is obliged to keep it exactly how he receives it and to preserve its quality and safety.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to supplies of goods which by their nature can not be returned or perishable, or are in danger of deterioration of the quality characteristics, and in the following two scenarios:

1. supply of foodstuffs, beverages or other goods for daily use in the client's home to a specified address or the workplace in the course of regular supplies;

2. to provide the following services: accommodation, transport, catering and services related to leisure time in which the service should be provided on a specific date or within a specified period.

The customer has the right to refuse to accept the ordered purchase goods when:

• delivered product does not correspond to the ordered and this can be detected by an ordinary review;
• when transporting the goods have been damaged.

After receiving the goods, the customer is entitled to demand its return in the presence of non-compliance of goods with the contract, which could not be detected in a simple review of the same.

In the above cases, the Customer may request delivered goods to be replaced with a corresponding given to that the appropriate purchase order by sending a written request to brewforia.bg.

Brewforia.bg is obliged to reimburse the customer the full amount paid by him not later than twenty (20) working days from the date the customer has exercised any right of withdrawal. If you make a purchase by card, the return of funds is with a credit transaction to the card you made the purchase. Other ways to return funds are not allowed.

Brewforia.bg takes care the information at www.brewforia.bg to be up to date but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the same.

Brewforia.bg does not guarantee that access to the online store will be uninterrupted, timely, secure and free of errors as far as beyond, the control and will of brewforia.bg.

Brewforia.bg is not responsible for failure to provide access to www.brewforia.bg, as well as raw or untimely processing of applications for purchase, upon the occurrence of circumstances beyond its control - cases of force majeure, fortuitous events, and problems in the Internet and provision of services outside the control of brewforia.bg.

(1) In case the user is not found in time for shipment at the address or there is no access and conditions for delivery of the goods within this period, the Contractor is released from its obligation to deliver the goods for purchase. The user can confirm their desire to receive the goods after the deadline for delivery, which was not found at the address, assuming all costs of delivery. In this case, begins a new period for delivery at the time of confirmation.

The user must examine the goods at the time of delivery and delivery to the Supplier and if it meets the requirements to notify the Contractor immediately.

(2) If the user fails to notify under par. 1 product is considered approved as compliant except for hidden defects.

(3) There are shortcomings in the catalog the following cases:

- Special taste of wine products provided;

- Special taste of gourmet food products when shipped to the expiry date and the requirements for storage;

- Availability of mechanisms for automatically or facilitate removal of the protective membrane of the goods offered.

Client shall indemnify brewforia.bg for all damages, costs and paid legal fees incurred in connection with the failure to fulfill the obligations under these Terms. Client shall indemnify brewforia.bg and any damage caused by third parties, which provided the password, using the same.

In case of refusal to receive the goods by the user, the refusal is considered unfounded and he owes the costs of delivery and return of goods. In this case the user shall indemnify the Contractor for all damages and lost profits, including any costs beyond the cost of delivery and return the goods occurred as a result of the refusal.

We can not guarantee credit or exchange if we are not informed within 3 days of delivery of the order. Attention! Shipments consisting of more than one box can be separated. If you do not get the rest of your order within 3 working days from the first delivery, please let us know. Standard deliveries within Bulgaria should always arrive within 2 working days. If you are unable to attend at the address at the time of delivery and you want to leave your shipment in a protected location, please let us know in advance.
